Aria Hotel

Budapest, Hungary

Housed in a former bank built in the 1870s, the hotel has been designed by local Budapest interior specialist Zoltán Varro. In the 49 rooms and 4 salons, Varro has infused the four wings of musically-themed space with reminders of operas, classical music, jazz and even some contemporary touches, through a combination of decoration and of course, sound. Opening Spring 2015.

Four Seasons

Seoul, South Korea

The 25-story Four Seasons Hotel with 317 luxury guestrooms is located in the Central Business District of Seoul. Internationally renowned interior designers including LTW, AvroKO and AFSO as well as local interior designer Kesson have brought their expertise to the project. Opening Summer 2015.


Xiamen, PR China

The Conrad Xiamen will be located in the Twin Towers of the 250 meter Shimao Strait building destined to be a landmark of the emerging Xiamen business centre. Designed by Gensler & Associates the upper floors of the distinctive 59 storey sail-shape structure will house the 238 room Conrad whose ultra luxurious interiors will be created by the esteemed interior designer - CCD of ShanGhai. Opening 2016.


Hamburg, Germany

Soon to become a cultural and architectural landmark, Herzog & de Meuron’s Elbe Philharmonic complex is described as “one of Europe’s most ambitious development projects”. The building will comprise three concert halls and a ten-storey hotel component featuring 244 guestrooms with 39 suites. Opening scheduled for 2014.

InterContinental Davos Resort & Spa

Davos, Switzerland

Scheduled for opening in 2013 this high-end hotel and apartment complex has already set new benchmarks within the hotel industry for its extraordinary design, individuality and technology. Designed by Munich-based architects Oikios, the new five-star InterContinental Davos Resort & Spa will specifically cater to the requirements of the hotel guests of the future.

Palais Hansen Kempinski

Vienna, Austria

Inspired by the Vienna of the 1920s, the hotel combines the historical elements with timeless European beauty and has the essence of a modern grand hotel, complete with 152 luxurious rooms and suites. Modern and glamorous, innovative and timesless. Scheduled for opening 2013.

Shangri-La at The Shard

London, UK

Scheduled to open in 2013, the deluxe 202-room Shangri-La Hotel will occupy floors 34 to 52 inside the spire of Renzo Piano's iconic tower. The Shard at 1,016 feet is regarded as one of the most ambitious architectural endeavors in the United Kingdom. The spacious guestrooms will feature the finest in luxury with the finest of view over this global city.

Occupying 11 floors of the 21st Century Tower in the heart of the financial zone the Hotel’s 202 rooms are an engaging haven of contemporary comfort inspired by Shanghai’s art deco period of the 1920s. Scheduled for opening 2013.

In grand Viennese style, the Ritz-Carlton property is situated in four historic 19th-century palaces combining Imperial tradition with contemporary creativity. Opened in late 2012 the hotel's exterior is classically opulent, but it's the individualized elegance of the 202 guestrooms and suites that make it so special.

Waldorf Astoria Berlin

Featuring 232 luxury guestrooms and suites, the hotel comprises 32 floors of the spectacular new Zoofenster skyscraper, designed by renowned German architect, Christoph Mäckler. The hotel’s interior design has been conceived by the renowned Parisian agency, Inter Art Etudes, in a timeless yet contemporary interpretation of art deco style.

Das Stue Hotel

Berlin, Germany

Housed in part in the former neoclassical Royal Danish Embasy with an extension by Postsdam architect Annette Axthelm, Das Stue creates a deeply personal and truly unique atmosphere of international sophistication and style. The 80 rooms and suites in 5 categories were realized by LVG Arquitectura s.l.p. and interior designer Patricia Urquiola. Every room an experience unto its own.

Egg shaped innovative design concept houses 77 futuristic stylish rooms and suites distributed over 7 floors. Interior space design by Andreas Neudahm which features 17,000 square meters of hotel, spa and fitness facilities that combine nature, technology and innovation. All rooms are decorated in natural, brown and olive tones and features a large window which externally and internally integrates each room with a breathtaking view of the natural landscape.
